Flora has been integral in Windsor Essex Real Estate since 1983, starting as a secretary and working her way to be a top-selling local agent. Her life-long experience in real estate gives her an edge in a variety of different spaces. This experience shines through her ability to deal in leasing, commercial, property management, and residential – from simple single home sales to major residential developments, such as Leamington’s Olive Drive. She is currently spearheading Southwinds Estates, a large, multiphase project consisting of over 130 residential lots.

Mackenzie was born and raised in Leamington, and grew up on a farm giving her a strong grass-roots work ethic. Her drive took her to the University of Guelph, where she graduated with a business degree in 2013 before she went on to earn her airline transport license with Air Canada. Mackenzie’s personal specialties are property and business management, as she acts as the point of contact for both residential and commercial developments. She recently earned her real estate license, but with a background in the business, it was only the next logical step to round out her skillset.

Craig began his career in real estate in 2018, bringing a modern mentality to an age-old business by leveraging digital marketing and personality to each property he deals with. Craig is a graduate of the University of Windsor and obtained his business degree in 2014. He is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that all clients get excellent service, and his team members do the same. He brings professionalism and a genuine love of real estate as enjoys the excitement and challenge of this career, and loves meeting new people and making a positive impact on clients' lives.
